My name is David Barr, and I have been a professional Deep Tissue Massage Therapist since 2003. A survivor of tech support in the Silicon Valley, I specialize in providing deep tissue therapy through a wide (and ever growing) variety of techniques and modalities. My goal is to help you “defrag” to a healthier, uncorrupted you.

I know what it feels like to spend hours in front of the keyboard. How the shoulders become one with the ears. How the lower back aches, when you stand up. How stress creates pain, and how pain causes stress, in a seemingly endless cycle.

I also know how good it feels to be relaxed. The sense of relief that comes from realizing that you can move without pain, that you can stand up straight without hurting. My job is to troubleshoot your aches and help get your body back to a solid state.

I still do Tech Support.

Now people are a lot happier when I’m done.
